Experience a world of wild wonder.

Animals Around the World is Hemker Park & Zoo’s year-round in-school educational initiative designed to give students a hands-on learning experience about the animal kingdom and natural world.

Professional educator Anne Blenker presents the in-depth 45-minute program, which features live animals from various continents with which students may interact.

Anne and her team discuss the diet of animals found in different climates and geographies, how they adapt to their environment, animal conservation and more.

The program is aligned to the science and geography curricula and can be tailored to students of various ages and educational levels.
